Responsibilities:



  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.




  • Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.




  • Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.




  • Maintain a database of customer information and calls made.




  • Follow up with customers as needed.




  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.




  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team.


    • Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
