Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and sales.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Report daily call activities, leads, and feedback to the team lead/manager.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Persuasive and confident in handling client conversations.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
