Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS software solutions and Digital Applications.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end architecture solutions for complex telecom ecosystems involving OSS/BSS platforms and digital front-end applications (e.g., self-care portals, mobile apps, digital onboarding).
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs.
Lead technical discovery sessions and create solution blueprints, integration strategies, and data flow diagrams.
Guide development teams through architecture decisions, coding standards, and implementation best practices.
Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with industry standards (TM Forum, eTOM, SID, ITIL) and enterprise architecture principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, testers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
