  • End-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal

  • Definition of post-purchase and always-on campaigns

  • Ownership of onboarding communication and feature education

  • Development of cross- and upsell logic during contract life

  • Coordination of implementation with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams

  • Alignment of lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights

  • Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, CRM, Digital Business, or similar

  • Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement

  • Translation of journeys into campaigns and communications

  • Strong understanding of in-life value creation

  • Strength in lifecycle and engagement management

  • Solid understanding of campaign and communication logic

  • Data-driven mindset
