Job Descriptions
  • To attend to all users fault reports on L3 Integrated Voice Communication system;
  • To liaise with all Telco and overseas telephone lines providers for all telephone lines faults on the communication system;
  • To liaise with system contractor that lines to the communication system;
  • To log down all fault resolutions on logging files;
  • To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback;
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing- Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems
  • Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting- Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures
  • Class 3 driving license is a must.
  • Will be required to take airside driving license after onboard
