Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and standardization of operational processes across business units to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), recipes, product specifications, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor process controls to uphold product quality, food safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process evaluation, performance analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action plans.
