This role supports the production of high-quality sporting goods, with current openings focused on helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. You will follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing processes while working as part of a small, collaborative team to ensure products meet strict specifications and standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain consistent daily attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
+ Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures at all times.
+ Read, understand, and follow departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the manufacturing of sporting goods products.
