• Diagnose, respond to, and resolve incidents related to software, systems, hardware, and logical workstation configurations.
• Provide user support and guidance on correct use of systems, applications, and IT equipment.
• Actively prevent and correct configuration problems, validating clients, builds, applications, and equipment parameters.
• Configure, install, replace, and redeploy microcomputers, monitors, notebooks, tablets, scanners, local and network printers, and other PC peripherals.
