MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Diploma or degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification (required)
  • ITIL Practitioner/Expert (advantageous)
  • Entry-level Microsoft, Networking, Hardware, or similar certifications (advantageous)
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, TechOps, or Systems Operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across: Windows & Linux operating systems
  • Hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals)
