MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Diploma or degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification (required)
  • ITIL Practitioner/Expert (advantageous)
  • Entry-level Microsoft, Networking, Hardware, or similar certifications (advantageous)
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role
  • Basic troubleshooting skills across: Windows operating systems, Linux and Ubuntu, Mac
