Application Support Analyst Java application and Insurance products developed using Java. Expected joining date Immediate. Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience Your key responsibilities
Participate in incidents analysis, service request fulfilment, requirement analysis for enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. Investigate issues reported, collaborate with 3rd party teams for a solution for issues pertaining to 3rd parties, provide fix for customizations. Good working knowledge in Dynatrace, heap dump analysis, Grafana, Test and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Enhance existing software. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
