Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager with minimum experience level of 9+ years. Your key responsibilities
Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance (Manager 9+ years) who has the prior experience to manage support projects.Responsible for designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes.Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes.Enhancements and code changes.Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.Proactive monitoring.Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration.Designs, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite.Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
