The opportunity

  • Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager with minimum experience level of 9+ years.
  • Your key responsibilities

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance (Manager 9+ years) who has the prior experience to manage support projects.

  • Responsible for designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes.

  • Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes.

  • Enhancements and code changes.

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.

  • Proactive monitoring.

  • Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration.

  • Designs, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite.

  • Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
