The opportunity

  • Guidewire Claim Centre Support with minimum experience level of 9+ years.
  • Your key responsibilities

  • Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance Manager (9+ years) has the prior experience to manage support projects.

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.

  • Proficient in maintaining and supporting GW applications, enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments.

  • Manages the Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration.

  • Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Deep understanding of Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture and components.

  • Must have experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter version+
