Microsoft 365 (M365) Support Engineer

Role Overview

The M365 Administrator L3 will provide expert-level support, design solutions, and lead complex troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services. This includes governance, compliance, automation, and architecture-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis and provides permanent fixes for recurring issues.

  • Design and implement governance and compliance strategies.

  • Develop advanced automation scripts using PowerShell.

  • Manage Conditional Access, DLP, and advanced security configurations.
