The opportunity


The Senior Manager –Infrastructure Operations, plays a strategic and leadership role within the TechOps organization. This position oversees the delivery, stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of all infrastructure services across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings deep technical understanding, strong service delivery experience, and proven leadership in managing enterprise-scale Cloud & on‑premise environments.

Your key responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Own end‑to‑end delivery and operational readiness of Cloud & On-prem infrastructure services—including compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup/DR, and datacenter operations.
    Ensure all infrastructure solutions delivered meet operational standards, SLAs, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
    Lead capacity planning, performance management, hardware lifecycle, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
