This role bridges strategy and execution—driving change adoption, engagement, and communication for enterprise technology learning and transformation initiatives across North America. 

Reporting to the program Director, you’ll be a trusted partner to the Head of Global Technology Change Management. This role ensures learning initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, adopted, and continuously improved working alongside global counterparts. The position requires strong change enablement capability, partner engagement, and a passion for building learning communities that accelerate technology transformation at scale.
