Technology Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Coordinator with strong Level 2 troubleshooting expertise to join our team at our Dandenong Head Office.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality technical support where you will take ownership of complex issues, perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution across core systems, endpoints and operational technologies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, managing complex incidents and service requests end to end
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, devices and applications.
