Responsibilities

:
  • Assist with pre-sales technology discussions
  • Support FactSet clients as part of a 3rd tier escalated tech support team
  • Translate client needs to effective engineering action items
  • Educate clients and FactSet personnel on FactSet’s best-practices
  • Correlate issues, then design enhancements to permanently remediate
  • Act as the product developer for implementations, diagnostics, and utilities
  • Assist with the creation of systems and processes to proactively identify and assist clients experiencing issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Occasional travel to client sites
  • Job Requirements
