Job Description

The Technology Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) would handle the technical aspects of selling and offerings of TIM Corporation including administrative, operational, technical, and manual tasks that may be necessary in assisting in sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer engagements by presenting TIM's value proposition and solution portfolio to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end solution design, translating business requirements into scalable, multi-vendor architectures.
  • Validate, challenge, and refine customer requirements to ensure technical soudness and commercial viability.
  • Partner closely with sales to drive deal strategy, positioning solutions competitively using use cases and battlecards.
