Overview

As a professional Technology Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scaling engineering & other non‑tech teams overall. You will be provided with a platform to build new & existing recruiting processes, while getting strong inclination on the existing recruiting framework.

You enjoy spending more time on platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Github & Stackoverflow building successful professional relations with the potential candidates & introducing them to Kwanso.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment
• Spend major part of your day sourcing against different open requisitions
• Coordinate with the internal customers for better understanding of hiring needs
• Keep the ownership of all recruiting steps including candidate liaising, coordination & sending job offers, updating recruiting records & creating weekly recruiting reports
