Job Description

·       Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues

·       Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices

·       Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, etc.

·       Manage Hyde Park’s servers and network infrastructure

·       Administer and troubleshoot email system, network and internet connection, server’s software and hardware related problems

·       Monitor LAN/WAN performance and availability providing second level support for all IT related issues
