About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational performance of our technology ecosystem. This role oversees 37–60 critical applications and manages a growing team of 11 professionals. While not a hands-on coding role, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of production support environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving process improvements, managing risk, and delivering key performance metrics. This position requires strategic leadership combined with technical expertise across Mainframe, CRM, Data & Analytics, and modern technologies such as Cloud, GenAI, and SageMaker.
