Responsibilities:
Work on storage related tasks such as volume creation, LUN provisioning and data migration.
Perform provisioning, allocation, migration, and decommissioning of storage resources.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity utilization; generate and review operational reports.
Perform all maintenance, configuration and deployments to the SAN system.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the storage area network (SAN).
Interact with Vendor to address critical support activities.
Manage and provide necessary support for all the incidents and meet the SLA's
Document storage configurations, operational procedures, and change management activities...
