Technology Lead - Quadient Inspire

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead - Quadient Inspire Developer with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building secure, compliant, and scalable omnichannel communication templates tailored for banking products such as account statements, loan communications, regulatory notices, and customer onboarding journeys. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
