Responsibilities:

  • Agile Project Leadership
    Act as Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery using Jira/Confluence
    Lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery


  • Intelligent Technology Development
    Design and implement scalable systems such as automation, predictive analytics, and cloud pipelines using open-source tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Dify, n8n)
    Ensure system security, compliance, and governance across the development lifecycle


  • Vendor & Procurement Leadership
    Lead vendor selection and procurement: develop business cases, conduct ROI analysis, and manage RFP processes
