Technology Enablement Manager

I. Job Purpose:

Successfully deliver – new products and enhancements based on committed costs and timelines; Role includes active participation in adhoc and organizational wide transformation projects

II. Key Responsibilities

a.Digital – Business Requirements Gathering

·Works directly with the marketing and technology team to help facilitate business’ digital requirements on the across core, distributor and customer platforms;

·Supports business plans and objectives on both existing and new product build requirements;

·Ensures timely and within budget delivery of new products, enhancements and org wide programs;

·Supports the recommended development roadmap on the ongoing transformation project;

·Provides weekly updates and reports on project status, delays and red flags for business decision as deemed necessary;
