  • Work closely with business partners, SEPM, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in collaboration with Agile teams.
