Job Scope:

  • Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting an organization's core IT infrastructure
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person support.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and tasks via ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
