Job Title - Technologist Trainee- Production
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accurate processes, documentation, and reporting of changes and inspections.
Maintain an effective Quality Assurance system in the CNC machine shop. Monitor and ensure timely Route Card movement aligned with material processing. Ensure proper utilization, availability, and maintenance of machines and measuring equipment; troubleshoot CNC and related equipment issues. Communicate requirements for consumables to engineers and ensure timely procurement. Oversee proper machining of all products to meet specifications. Train and coach casual workers to required competency levels. Contribute to product development initiatives. Uphold strict adherence to the Business Code of Conduct.
