The technician is responsible for maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center, ensuring that mission‑critical server equipment operates at 99.999% uptime. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, driving operational cost reductions, and serving as a technical resource for Amazon’s data centers.
