The Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life‑safety equipment within the data center. The role serves as the technical resource for Amazon’s data centers, ensuring that mission‑critical equipment runs with better than 99.999% uptime. The Technician also drives innovation to reduce operational costs and responds quickly to electrical and mechanical incidents.
