Key Job Responsibilities
- Cover on site in teams, in shifts and/or weekly on‑call.
- Respond to high‑severity events within SLA levels.
- Participate in data center power & cooling events.
- Break‑fix of servers and network devices.
- Troubleshoot network connections.
- Coordinate and build relationships with various data center teams.
- Interact with third‑party vendors and contractors.
- Seek ways to improve processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development of other team members.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
- Ability to work in elevated locations.
- Work in a 24/7 environment and participate in on‑call rotation.
- Some travel may be required.
