Key Job Responsibilities

  • Cover on site in teams, in shifts and/or weekly on‑call.
  • Respond to high‑severity events within SLA levels.
  • Participate in data center power & cooling events.
  • Break‑fix of servers and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot network connections.
  • Coordinate and build relationships with various data center teams.
  • Interact with third‑party vendors and contractors.
  • Seek ways to improve processes and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of other team members.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
  • Ability to work in elevated locations.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment and participate in on‑call rotation.
  • Some travel may be required.
