Job Description
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
+ Perform regular lab tasks: System & equipment maintenance, check & maintain lab inventory, keep an overview of consumables & reagent stock, good ‘house-keeping’ , Coordinate tasks around lab maintenance with internal and external stakeholders
+ Comply with lab policies
+ Conduct lab experiments performed in the BSL1 and BSL2 lab
+ Support processes run in small scale bioreactor system, e.g. Ambr15, Ambr250, RM, UniVessel
+ Perform cell passaging & expansion
+ Perform regular analytical measurements, at-line and as part of post-process analytics
+ Acquire needed certificates to perform regular lab tasks and handle required chemicals.
+ Support with administrative tasks and coordinate with relevant departments/ stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the lab work
+ Keep complete and accurate of lab task records
