About your new role:
As a Repair Technician, you'll work with a wide range of electronic equipment including scanners, mobile phones, and printers. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish devices to ensure they're fully functional and meet company and customer standards.
Your responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in scanners, mobile phones, and printers
- Repair and refurbish devices - including disassembly, software/firmware updates, and testing
- Maintain repair records in ERP systems
- Communicate progress and updates clearly
- Meet performance, quality, and turnaround targets
