JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Inspecting the common equipment and tools / properties in an effective condition.
  • Supervising the correction of equipment to be in a good condition.
  • Searching for sub-contractor and preparing quotation to Building Manager.
  • Considering the terms and conditions of sub-contractor.
  • Monitoring the procedures to be accordance with the agreement.
  • Examining and submission of work.
  • Proceeding the work designated by the Building Manager in inspection.
  • Repairing and correcting any equipment in the unit/ tenant’s area.
  • Coordinated to proceed further action on the cost of co-owners / tenants or residents.
  • Proposing for approval of purchase of necessary equipment / tools for building maintenance.
