Qualifications
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or technical servicing.
- Experience with appliances, water systems, cooling equipment, or electrical devices is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently in a workshop environment.
- Mandarin-speaker is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Technician is responsible for performing backend inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of returned products within the company premises. Ensures defective units from dealers and distributors are repaired, refurbished, tested, and released in accordance with quality standards, safety requirements, and turnaround timelines.
