YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD Invites applications for the position of: Technician – Software Student Services Annual Salary - $65,295 - $83,680 per annum Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Customer Service and Learning Technicians, the Technician - Software Student Services provides technical support to staff, students, and parents throughout the Board on various applications including but not limited to RISE, D2L/ Brightspace, and the Student Information System. Major Responsibilities: Provide phone and email first-level technical support through problem recognition, research, and diagnosis for resolution to various hardware and software program issues.
