Position Goals
To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, General Building maintenance and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection to ensure that it meets the client’s standard. Respond to requests from any departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day. Initiate Work Order requests from supervisor to ensure that any defects, which may be observed, receive attention. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
