Requirements
- Diploma related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
- Possess knowledge in ELV.
- Possess knowledge in Wiring.
- Willing to learn attitude.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Networking, Access Door, Alarm System
Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer’s call and ensure that customer site is in working condition
- Ability to demonstrate technical orientation with good analytical skills.
- Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer’s complaints.
- Follow company’s SOP and safety guidelines during onsite work.
