Responsibilities

Optimize Production: To execute all scheduled (day‑to‑day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipment in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time for maintenance related development works

Prompt Trouble Shooting: Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment and provide the assistance to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works

Providing Solutions: Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the RM Plant. To communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan & rectify the same.

Audit and Investigation: Inspection of equipment to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related development works.
