The Technician’s competencies and a continuous improvement of the technical knowledge and skills in combination with a commercial mind-set, will ensure high level performance and customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers, on time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines. The Technician contributes to Scania’s profitability and safety on our roads.
