Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.
• Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.
• Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.
• Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits/boards verification.
• Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.
• Know-how in reliability stress testing eg. Environmental, Electrical/Functional, and acoustics stress testing.
• Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.
