Job Description

• Responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PMS), and the maintenance management of refrigeration units, freezers, exhaust systems, and air conditioning systems, and in store equipment.
• Monitor maintenance technician and education to staff. Perform PMS and troubleshooting repairs and installations.
• Assist with maintenance planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Support administrative tasks related to repair records, schedule management, and spare parts monitoring.
• Collaborate with the mall's facilities management department and external contractors as needed.
• Minimize equipment downtime at each branch location and ensure continuous operation.
• Position requires leadership capability and strong troubleshooting skills.
