:
  • Control systems & equipment installed area the building.
  • Make the preventive maintenance.
  • Make a checklist as assigned from the Engineer and Senior Technician.
  • Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
  • Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
  • Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
  • Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
  • Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
  • Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Qualification:

  • Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
  • New graduate are welcome, if have experience will be advantage.
