Purpose
The Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of instruments or service parts within the manufacturing environment. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and process control. The position also involves material management, quality data collection, and active participation in workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
Perform assembly and testing of instruments and service parts, ensuring compliance with production standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot and evaluate testing fall-out instruments and parts, adhering to engineering requirements. Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality meets specified work instructions.
Assist in the collection and compilation of quality data for filing and engineering studies.
