TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment issues and perform repair and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, check, and update tools and jigs according to maintenance check sheets.
• Monitor production rejects and perform corrective actions when required.
• Support model change activities and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain screwdrivers and other production tools to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, Safety, and EHS requirements at all times.
• Follow up on equipment calibration schedules to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update maintenance and inspection records accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
