Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnose engine, electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues
  • Pdi new units, Rigg and complete warranty work
  • Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tune ups, water pumps, belt replacements, lubrication and inspections.
  • Install accessories and factory updates.
  • Complete major repairs(bellows, drives, modules, )
  • 5 Days a week with 10 hr shifts. with ROTATING Saturdays

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working on all Mercury and MerCruiser engines. Bonus if have worked on other brands as well (Mercury Certified preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude with 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines, fuel injection and electrical systems
  • Organized, able to multitask and detail- oriented.
