Technician - Machine setting

Job Overview:

Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way. Also, responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares and sustaining. In addition, the Manufacturing Technician is responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1.    Responsible for machine setting, repairing and maintenance

2.    To execute maintenance works including trouble-shooting, repairing, preventive maintenance test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment and facilities.

3.    To execute repair of machinery when machine breakdown.

4.    To conduct periodic preventive maintenance for machine, equipment.

5.    To update all the documentation according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirement

6.    To perform parts inspection.

7.To assist in any other suitability assigned duties
