We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technician Leader to join our dynamic team at JESH MAJU ENTERPRISE'. In this full-time role based in Banting, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our technical services. As a Technician Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating their activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and electrical equipment.
  2. Doing electrical wiring work.
  3. Repair and troubleshoot technical problems.
  4. Collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
  5. Lead a team of technicians.
