Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Carry Total Preventive Maintenance System activities.
  • Respond and attend to Electrical and Automation breakdown.
  • Carry out continuous improvement activities as per plan.
  • Support and ensure line efficiency and low wastage
  • Ensure personal and employee safety when carrying out daily activities.
  • Support energy saving projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
  • Experienced Technician in Property / Building Management
  • Experienced working in commercial / office / residential / shopping mall buildings
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing property/facilities
  • Candidate with certification of wireman (PW), AO or other technician certs will have added advantage
